R Meadow Highlights #19 by R Meadow - January 14, 2026
Writers are readers first. We may relate to specific words or topics, but judge content by whether it lives up to what caught our eye. R Meadow Highlights was launched to highlight word seed treasures worth exploring and a second read. Each post highlighted here grabbed attention and then resonated in some way.

R Meadow Highlights #19
This week’s highlight is That’s Life by Delores Adams at Grace in the Mountains. The title is a phrase we’ve all heard, but it brings strong opinions on what that means for us. Some would say that is not taking ownership of what can be changed. Others may agree and say it is what it is, then move on.
A couple of quotes from the post - “2025 was one of those years where changes came fast and furious, along with much joy and sorrow. Some would say, well, that‘s life.’ And “But because people are counting on us. Meals to cook, dishes to wash, laundry to clean, bills to pay, work to do, and well, you can fill in the blank.”
Grab a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and take a moment to read That’s Life by Delores Adams at Grace in the Mountains.
As one who has said these words, may you enjoy this post – five stars!
